I've been using your service for almost 3 years. Wanted to discuss the customer support shipping/receiving end for a minute. These dept's do a FANTASTIC job. Of course we've hit some bumps over the last few years on the ordering end, but emails were ALWAYS responded to in a very short time frame, problems were worked out, and shipment was on point. I had a slight hold up this time, and STILL got my Gear in 3 days! Thanks guys. Keep it up.

I have been doing using GD for 3yrs now and my gear is always as advertised although its not the cheapest out there it is always very good quality and Dax answers every question promptly and in depth. Personally I don't want the cheap shit I want the good shit and that's what GD has. When there has been a problem it has been taken care of and made right. Gear Depot is ran 100% like any successful business all the way from product to customer service. I have used other sources and nothing even compares.

I have never given a 5star review to any business, but if any business deserves it its Gear Depot, The shipping is on point, the products are excellent, questions and concerns are handled immediately or very soon. I feel like a family member when I shop at gear depot. Thanks Dax and to all who make this service so smooth and hassle free. I wish every business had these core values,
